Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus:

  1. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
  2. The time limit to complete the wagering requirement is within a set period from the date the bonus is granted.

General Bonus Conditions

Diamond

Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.2%. Top-tier benefits and exclusive offers.

VIP Conditions

  1. Advancement to VIP tiers depends on regular activity and compliance with v29e's policies.
  2. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
  3. v29e reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
  4. VIP status may be immediately cancelled if prohibited activities are engaged in.

Responsible Gaming Policy
